"P", standing for "Peking edition", refers to the Tibetan Tripiṭaka (Tokyo-Kyoto: Tibetan Tripiṭaka research Foundation, 1956). "Toh" refers to the Complete Catalogue of the Tibetan Buddhist Canons, ed. by Prof. Hukuju Ui, and A Catalogue of the Tohuku University Collection of Tibetan Works on Buddhism, ed. by Prof. Yensho Kanakura (Sendai, Japan: 1934 and 1953). "Dharma" refers to the sde dge edition of the Tibetan canon published by Dharma Publishing - the Nyingma Edition of the sDe-dge bKa'-'gyur and bsTan-'gyur (Oakland, Ca.: Dharma Publishing, 1980). "Tokyo sde dge" refers to the sDe dge Tibetan Tripiṭaka-bsTan ḥgyur preserved at the Faculty of Letters, University of Tokyo, (Tokyo: 1977ff.).
