He was important not only to his own Kadam lineage, but to the development of Tibetan education in general. Ngok Lotsāwa, working with the Kashmiri paṇḍita Sajjana, produced the sole-surviving translation of the Ratnagotravibhāga, the central text of buddha-nature theory in Tibet. His commentary on the text is said to have initiated the "analytical" exegetical tradition. https://treasuryoflives.org/biographies/view/Ngok-Loden-Sherab/4261 1059 1109 2025-09-23T19:49:20Z 2460942.3259259 2025-09-23T19:49:20Z 2460942.3259259 true Rngog blo ldan shes rab 0 1 template 3 [[Category:Tibetan Collections]] [[WorkAuthor::Rngog blo ldan shes rab]] Rngog blo ldan shes rab# QUERY5862d86c63d2ad9ab5150a46158e3962 0 0 count 2 [[Category:Tibetan Texts]] [[Category:Rngog blo ldan shes rab]] Rngog blo ldan shes rab# QUERYd43bfb8b62a1da28fce8515285100bae 0 200 0 template 2 [[Category:Tibetan Texts]] [[Category:Rngog blo ldan shes rab]] Rngog blo ldan shes rab# QUERY0d05c2a432696b583b07d989d6c03db0
