He was educated in the classical scholastic curriculum and gained a reputation as a learned scholar at an early age. After his ordination, he received special instructions from Tsongkhapa's close disciple Tokden Jampel Gyatso. He served as abbot of two monasteries for a few years, but spent most of his adult life as a hermit. Although he wrote on a variety of topics, Lodro Gyeltsen is renowned for his extensive writings on Lojong, or Mind-Training, and Lamrim, or the Stages of the Path. https://treasuryoflives.org/biographies/view/Lodro-Gyeltsen/8354 1402 1472 2025-06-13T20:07:59Z 2460840.3388773 2025-06-13T20:07:59Z 2460840.3388773 true Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan 0 1 template 3 [[Category:Tibetan Collections]] [[WorkAuthor::Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan]] Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan# QUERY28c866a082d0e1d4fe4d2d2527420af6 0 0 count 2 [[Category:Tibetan Texts]] [[Category:Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan]] Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan# QUERY7a262e5824a7b810bd8afc91922b5960 0 200 0 template 2 [[Category:Tibetan Texts]] [[Category:Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan]] Spyan snga blo gros rgyal mtshan# QUERYac90015005a7199cd754c428e328b10d
