According to Fredrik Liland, nothing further is known about Kalyāṇadeva (Dge ba’i lha), aside from being the author of the Bodhisattvacaryāvatārasaṃskāra, a commentary on the Bodhicaryāvatāra. But his commentary is thought to be not as exhaustive and rich of citations as Prajñākaramati's Pañjikā.

Project Description

The catalog, referred to as the "DNZ," is a database of information covering the eighteen volumes, plus an extra Karchag volume, of the 2024 edition of the Gdams ngag mdzod produced by Rigpe Dorje Publications, including detailed information about each text, such as size, location, lists of people associated with each text, lineage data, lists of translations available, and comparisons with previous catalogs. All colophons, text titles, and author names are recorded in both Extended Wylie and Unicode Tibetan.
