Templates in Use on the DNZ

Header Templates

• Text Level Header Templates - the wylie and Tibetan versions of the text and the translation
  • Template:Text Wylie- ("Wylie" namespace) - contains metadata
  • Template:Text Tibetan - ("Tibetan" namespace)
  • Template:Text Translation - ("Draft" namespace) - contains partial metadata

• Volume Level Header Templates, the wylie and Tibetan versions of the text and the translation
  • Template:Volume Wylie - contains metadata
  • Template:Volume Tibetan
  • Template:Volume Translation

Function Templates

• Template:Get Text Info
  • Enables you to retrieve the Text Wylie:metadata from any Text Level page or their subpages (for the current text group)
  • Example:

• Template:Get Vol Info
  • Enables you to retrieve the associated Volume Wylie:metadata from any Text Level page or their subpages
  • Example:

• Template:Get Person's Works
  • Is a query that gets all works associated with the person (searches all author possibilities)

• Template:Get_Text_for_Vol
  • This template gets text information from the Volume Page to make a TOC
