10. Make sure stub is correct for Form:Text (Wylie Page)
11. Update Form:Text (Wylie Page)
12. Update Form:Person and create Person form stub for it
13. Create Tibetan Text Page Creation with instructions and necessary templates described
14. Create Wylie Text Page Creation with instructions and necessary templates described
15. Update Translation Page Creation to include all necessary templates and instructions
16. Update Draft Translation Page Creation to include all necessary templates and instructions
