gDams Ngag mDzod Translation Page Creation

  1. Remove Bibliography Form - use the Translation Page Creation and a transcluded Bibliography Page Creation page instead
  2. Make a separate Draft Translation stub and Form:Draft Translation for the first step of a new translation
  3. Make sure stub is correct for Form:Text (Wylie Page)
  4. Update Form:Text (Wylie Page)
  5. Update Form:Person and create Person form stub for it
  6. Update དཔེ་ཆ་ stub with instructions and necessary templates described
  7. Create Wylie Text Page Creation with instructions and necessary templates described
  8. Update Translation Page Creation to include all necessary templates and instructions
  9. Update Draft Translation Page Creation to include all necessary templates and instructions
  10. Add clearer link to translation from Wylie and Tibetan text pages WHEN AND IF there is a translation that exists for that text.
