བོད་མི་ stub

REMEMBER This is for Tibetan names in Tibetan script. For Indian names in Tibetan script, use the appropriate stub: རྒྱ་གར་མི་ stub

For the Tibetan name page written in Tibetan script:

#REDIRECTPERSONMAINNAMEPAGE

REMEMBER that the Tibetan script name should end in a tsek like this: མར་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་ NOT like this: མར་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས .

Simply paste the above tag into the page and type in the name for the main page of the author, NOT just the wylie of the Tibetan (Although often these overlap). For a modern Tibetan, you will not be using Wylie, for a classical Tibetan author, you will. Note that you should check to make sure the Tibetan spelling you are using matches the main page for this author in our system. There may be several spellings used, and you can simply make redirects for the other Tibetan spellings. However, the page that actually gets the above bod mi stub should be the page that is spelled according to the main page for that author. You can check the Tibetan author names here.

NOTE ON REDIRECT - If you come across a situation in which the Tibetan script name is a name used by many people, you can make that redirect to the disambiguation page (spelled in Wylie) for that name, instead of to the person's main page.

If there is no author page associated with the Wylie for this Tibetan's name, create it using the Tibetan author stub.

Along with the template, add templates for author, translator, and scribe as needed:

Tertons: Category:གཏེར་སྟོན་ Use this template:

Authors: Category:རྩོམ་པ་པོ་ Use this template:

Translators: Category:ལོ་ཙྪ་བ་ Use this template:

Scribes: Category:ཡི་གེ་པ་ Use this template:

Example of everything that goes in the <spanclass=TibUni16>Person:Mar pa chos kyi blo gros page:

#REDIRECTmar pa chos kyi blo gros
